Month 1 video update (with Noah guest starring by trying to bang down my door at the end haha 😆) Featuring: what detoxing was like for me as well as the emotional journey this past month.
I feel SO good just 3 weeks in!
I’m on 4 plexus products and have gradually introduced them.
I’ve had some minor detox symptoms
When I introduced BioCleanse my foot pain from inflammation quickly began to subside
3 weeks in I’m up to their suggested dosage for all 4 products
Joint pain is significantly decreased already
Detox symptoms: headaches for 3-4 days, but on the other side I feel so much better!
After the headachesended, my brain fog was gone. My mental clarity is back!
My emotional process is important to me too: I’ve realized that I carried some fears and hesitations for years about getting healthy. Once I realized what “feeling good” felt like the fear of going back started to settle in. I didn’t know if I could hang on much longer struggling with chronic illness and pain now that I know what it feels like to feel good again.
I was also afraid of getting healthy because I knew that it would reveal to me just how much I’ve been living with for the past 5-6 years and that realization would be really hard. And it was. When you don’t know anything different, you just don’t know. It’s like living in denial and survival mode.
The same day that realization hit me God told me that everything that was intended for evil against me would be turned for good. Not just for me, but for others too.
If you’re suffering with chronic illness, gut issues, chronic fatigue, etc… you’re not alone. Please feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to pray for you and if you’d like to propose a solution for you through Plexus.
